Registration Fees

All rates are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Early bird registration rates are available until 26 July and we encourage you to take advantage of these discounted rates.

Note: access to the exhibition halls is only for those individuals registered as a delegate, emerging leader, sponsor, and exhibitor or those holding a valid social event ticket. Security will not allow access to the exhibition halls if you are not displaying a Convention name tag.

* To register as an Emerging Leader, you are required to attend the full Emerging Leaders program. You must be an employee of a COBA member organisation and you must be 35 years of age or under as at 31 December 2024.

** To register as an International Sector Delegate, you must be employed by a credit union, building society or other cooperative/customer owned banking institution based outside Australia.

*** To register as a Sponsor or Exhibitor, you must be employed by a confirmed sponsoring or exhibiting company at COBA24.

****To register as an Other Delegate you agree that you are attending COBA24 as a delegate only and you will not promote your business in any way onsite at the Convention. Any delegates found to be promoting their business, who are not from a sponsor or exhibitor company will be asked to leave the premises.         Method of Payment

        Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.Payment can be made by the following methods:

        Please note, if you elect to pay by Credit Card a 1% surcharge is applicable for all Visa, MasterCard and American Expression cards and will be added to the total amount.

        Cancellation of Registration
        It is the priority of COBA to ensure a face-to-face event is held.

        In the event, however that the 2024 COBA Convention is unable to be held as a face-to-face event due to circumstances beyond COBA’s control, the Convention will be held as a virtual event, and all registrations will be transferred to virtual registrations. If this occurs, specific instructions on how to login and access the Virtual Convention will be sent out to delegates prior to the event.

        COBA is not responsible for the loss to delegates of any travel, hotel or other related costs as a result of the cancellation of the face-to-face 2024 Convention. Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance.

        Cancellations received in writing by 16 August, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 16 August will receive NO refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.
